Making an offer
Once you have decided which property you would like to
purchase, we will approach the seller and will negotiate on your behalf the
conditions accompanying the sale.
The offer is subject to a Preliminary contract being signed. There are no legal obligations
on either side until the Preliminary
contract is signed.
