In order to make our client’s life easier and happier we and our building partners have just launched a new service. – to build your perfect home on your favourite area. This way you can have the best home you can think about on the best spot you choose. All you need to do is to choose the area that is right for you.

We can help you in two ways:
First option: Having access to hundreds of plots and locations throughout Bulgaria we can start from the beginning, and recommend and find out the specific plot you are looking for and then to build your dream home in almost any location  OR
Second option: If you already have land in an area that you like, we can quote you for building the house of your dreams and just build the property you like on your already chosen plot of land.

We will build your perfect home either from our range of luxury villas /see the designs below/ or from a design of your own. ANY design of villa can be built, and our civil engineer can help with any type of design that you require. We would be happy you, the customer, to have as much input into your building project as you want to.
Building work is carried out at 490 Euros per m2 and all developments are priced accordingly. Rates for coastal areas may vary slightly, prices on request.

Optional extras: Furthermore if you are keen on having a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a garage or any other specific requirements we will be able to advice.

Guarantee of all the works: For supplying normal functioning and usage of the finished construction sites and removal of any hidden defects after reception of the site and putting it into operation (usage), there are minimum guarantee limits for finished construction and fitting works, facilities and construction sites and we are complying with the standards.
