Dear sir BRAVO for the choice and organisation to my tour to Plovdiv on last saturday. You found very sympathic guides with Milena and Svetla : you are lucky to have met these students. I enjoyed a lot my best day in your country. I already went to Czech (3 times), Hungary, Russia (twice), Ukraina, Poland (twice), Japan (twice), Turkey and i never met such a " wellcome " Can i also thank google which gives me your reference : there are 4 other proposed in my 5 french books and no one answered me. I hope in the future, they will give only a reference I will recommend you tyo all people who can go to Bulgaria now.

Thanks especially to Vince, who met me at the airport, took me to see some really interesting properties, and looked after me well. One thing I learned about my 8 days in Bg was - not to do so many viewings, and allow more time for the paperwork! However, I was very pleased with what I saw with ICB; I can't say that about all the other agents! I will definitely be back in touch, with a more realistic schedule. Thanks again for all your help, including the Zenith Hotel which was First Class!

I started looking on the internet for a foreign investment about 6 months ago. Putting in a budget and searching global sites gave me options in S. Africa, Brazil .....you nameit! Then I stumbled on to Bulgaria and got a gut feeling it was what I was looking for. I found somany sites for BG my head was spinning and so many properties!...villas, apartments, new builds,restoration projects..I really didn't know what NOT to look at! Then I found ICB and Maria! After loads of e-mails back and forth - Maria always has the answers...I'm travelling to BG on the 5th Sept and plan to buy at last! I can honestly say that I'm so pleased with the service I've recieved that I haven't even looked at any other agents. If anyone out there is considering a property in BG then look no further...I've already recommended ICB to a friend!
